This tool evaluates insurance applicants based on standard underwriting factors including age, BMI, tobacco and alcohol use, exercise habits, family medical history, occupation hazard level, and driving record. The output includes a numeric risk score (0-100) and corresponding tier classification from Preferred Plus to Substandard.
